If you will be arriving to camp beyond 9:30AM on the day of the field trip, please call the camp office at 613-832-1234 to get the details of where to drop your camper off at the field trip’s location. On field trip day, the entire camp will be leaving the main site to attend the trip.

Please use the Online Absent Camper Form, contact us at 613-832-1234, or email us at day.camps@ymcaottawa.ca to let us know if your child will be absent from camp. A phone call or email takes only a minute and is a great help to the staff. If you know in advance your child will be absent during their time at camp, please notify the camp office in advance.

The main contact on the camper’s account must email day.camps@ymcaottawa.ca with the additional full names of the people who can pick up your camper from camp. All parents/guardians picking campers up from camp will be required to show government issued photo identification.
